Without a doubt the best groom my dog has had. She looks beautiful - other places I’ve taken her have been a bit hit or miss especially as she has an unusual coat! She came out looking exactly as I had asked, and more than that she was so happy she didn’t want to leave! She kept trying to run back to cuddle and play with the staff! That made me so happy because she wouldn’t have done that if unless she’d had a good time and as a dog who doesn’t enjoy bathtime I couldn’t believe how much she didn’t want to leave the dog spa! Really lovely staff and beautiful looking building, all clean and dog friendly.

Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! Our first ever trip to, despite having dogs previously, as well as our pups first ever trip to a dog spa. I was nervous, the dog less so but it was new for her, but my goodness it was a beautiful experience. It’s not just that they’re good at the spa/groom side of things, it’s that they deliver their role with compassion and patience. They could not have done anymore to make it any better. Exceptional and can confidently highly recommend.

Very happy with the quality of service at Dog Spa! Alice did a great job on our malamute - she was matted and came back looking brand new. Friendly, caring staff - a great place.

Since moving to Canterbury last year I have been visiting Bea frequently to have my cat's nails clipped, and I truly mean it when I say what a wonderful woman and fantastic business. I highly recommend Paws & Tiaras! Bea goes above and beyond to make the visit as relaxed as possible for my cat Shadow, and often does little extra things without any expectation of payment because she genuinely loves and cares about animals. Not only this, but Bea herself is an amazing woman, and if it were not for the fact that I was leaving Kent I would never go to any other business for my pet's grooming. Thank you Bea, it has been an absolute pleasure.

It was Daisy’s first experience and Bea had some freshly cooked chicken to make her welcome. Lovely woman who is extremely passionate and professional at her job. I will definitely be returning and have to say best hair cut ever. Thanks Bea can’t wait to see you again Daisy and Ally xx

Bea is absolutely amazing. My dog is sooo nervous and gets extremely stressed but bea still manages to groom him. No one else could do him. You honestly will not find a better groomer in the area

Anne did a complete groom on my dog Ollie, he is a very nervous dog but she quickly managed to put him at ease. He's a Shipoo, so very curly and gets matted easily. She took the time and patience to make him look so smart! I wouldn't go to anyone else now, she's firmly stuck with us lol.

We are completely satisfied with the attention we received from Anne. The truth is, we were a little worried, but Paco was treated with exquisite care and felt right at home. Thank you, Anne. We'll definitely be back.

Wonderful groomer, very kind and professional. Our dog always looks fantastic and Ann is great at handling her even if she can be a difficult dog sometimes. Highly recommend!
