Whilst visiting Newport, my old home town, I needed some repair work to a rucksack, which meant a lot to me. I met with Sharon, and was quickly put at ease in regards to the new lining required. I collected my rucksack a few days later, and to say it was better than it had ever been, was an understatement. The attention to detail exercised on the job was evident, amazing stitching, and Sharon had been so careful to match the fabric pattern, even though it wasn’t on day-to-day show. I really can’t recommend highly enough the repair work undertaken. I’m so grateful for the help restoring my rucksack, it now got years of life ahead of it. Thank you so much..!

I have used Johnsons often for a few years now for many different services for my clothes and items the girls- Julie, Sharon and Donna are very friendly and kind they get the toughest stains out, make clothes look brand new after they have been professionally cleaned and always do a wonderful job Tom is helpful and knowledegable top they all go above and beyond for myself and many customers and put a smile on our faces Their prices are fab, very reasonable I can't praise the staff enough for all that they do for me They work so hard and I can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work I wouldn't go anywhere else for getting my clothes clean, mended, items sorted Excellent customer service always make time for a catchup too, I highly recommend its the best place in Newport to get clothes dry cleaned, things done Thankyou so much for all that you do.

Told 48hr turnaround, explained needed it sooner for funeral and was done ready to collect next day, excellect service and great price.

Love this place!! Been twice now and both times excellent service; very friendly staff, lovely to chat with. Extremely reasonably priced for the quality of service you receive; can not fault!!

Excellent service. They collected a large bag of laundry from me one afternoon and brought it back, beautifully laundered, the following afternoon. Cost was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

What an absolutely superb service, they collect, do a fanastic job of ironing and return your clothes to you. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much.

I received a brilliant service and job done at this shop. I had my daughters sea cadet parade uniform dry cleaned , ironed and altered. I asked for crease to be put in certain places and this was carried out brilliantly. The uniform looked like brand new. The customer service was good and I was listen too and they were very polite. I will be using this place again as trying to get parade uniform done correctly is difficult.

The number doesn't work so I popped there Wednesday on the off chance. They managed to dry clean husbands suit and had it ready for Friday morning so we had it for wedding Saturday. Lovely couple excellent service.

So far I have only had good experience with them,having sofa covers washed and dried - job well done.
