We discovered we had a wasps nest in our eaves and I called the council only to be told it would be up to five working days until they could sort it out. I called Welsh Pest Control in the early evening expecting to get a next day appointment at best. Tom actually arrived the same evening and dealt with the problem right away. It was a brilliant service, efficient and professional, and at a great price too. I'd highly recommend them.

I contacted Welsh Pest Control Services this morning after receiving an extortionate quote from another pest control service. Tom was able to promptly attend today on a Sunday morning and resolve the wasp issue in my roof / loft space. Tom's extremely knowledgeable and friendly and was happy to spend time informing me about wasps and explaining the whole process to me. All this for a very agreeable price and guaranteed. Thanks Tom.

I was concerned that I had a wasps nest under my eaves and as I've used Welsh Pest Control Services previously for problems with squirrels and bees (with an excellent service from Tom), I called them again. Tom responded immediately and was with me within the hour. He was able to advise me that they were honey bees, not wasps, and that as they were high in the eaves, with no interior access, and were causing no problems to us his recommendation was to leave them be, but to contact him if they became a problem. There was no charge for the call out and advice from Tom. Once again, first class service - Thank you Tom.

I had an issue with a rats gaining entry to my loft space and used city pest based on their good reviews.Alex came out quickly and sorted the issue quickly and attended with follow up visits to ensure there was no ongoing issue. Alex and his colleague were very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend their services .

Alex and his team were very helpful from the get go. Answered straight away and attended the same night. Very professional team, who offered great help and great advice. Will definitely recommend and use if ever needed! Thank you again Alex and team.

We received a first class service. The lads were professional, courteous and very informative. The ant problem we had was dealt with very effectively. I would definitely recommend this company.

Last year we had bed bugs,for months we tried everything to rid ourselves of them,we contacted a pest control company who charged us a considerable amount of money for one visit,it was no good at all..
