Yet again fantastic service. From Chris in the sales dept and the delivery and installation today of an integrated washing machine, it was ordered and installed within 2 days. The installation was brilliant and the cupboard door fits better now than it did before. I previously used them for an integrated fridge freezer after lockdown when their was no stock availability anywhere but they sorted something for me just before Xmas. Their knowledge, help, pricing and service delivery is exceptional and helpful to be able to speak to someone when purchasing an item rather than doing it online.

My 7 year old oven stopped working, I am technically challenged so wouldn't ordinarily even consider trying to repair it myself. I called Joe Graham and spoke to Darryll - he was brilliant! He talked me through the most likely cause (the element) confirmed he had one in stock so off I went to collect it. I don't know if it was Darryll who I saw on collection, but whoever it was, they were amazing as well! The chap took me over to a display oven and explained what I needed to do. He was thorough, didn't use any jargon and was very reassuring. This evening, 'Operation Oven Repair' commenced. With my dear friend Emma supervising (and helping with certain bits) I've managed to replace the element and the oven is working great. Thank you so much, the sense of achievement I feel right now. Would highly recommend ????

These guys work with a lot of estate agents so I thought I would give them a try, price was a little higher than individual contractors but they were very organised and well mannered.

Deshaan fixed my microwave, he is a great repairman, highly recommended. Even came back immediately when I had an issue.

Fantastic service. Engineer was thorough, efficient and experienced, and all while mentoring a keen apprentice. I had to request a vat receipt which was sent about a week later. Would definitely use them again.
