Very friendly and efficient. The EICR was turned around in excellent time and Usman was kind enough to talk us through the key things we needed to take from it (extra helpful as FTBs). Highly recommend, gave us all the info we needed. Post script: we returned to Usman to get the work done now that we’ve completed and we’re very happy we did so. Very easy to arrange, communicative, and turned up promptly, him and his colleague were considerate and thoughtful on the day. We will be relying on Usman for any electrical work going forward and highly recommend.
