I received most considerate and accommodating service from Rob and his team for the funeral of my wife. All requests were incorporated into the final service held in the comfortable atmosphere of the suite on his premises. All necessary arrangements were carried out unobtrusively, sensitively and without any problems for me. We were recommended to use Rob and his team by another independent and from our first contact we were made to feel special. This is true personal service not once did we feel like we were not valued. We chose to use the sunset chapel for our service and it was the best decision we have made. Our service for mum was exactly what we wanted, no conveyor belt queuing at the Crematorium. Memories stepped in to provide the funeral care for my late father at the very last minute at a time when we were very badly let down by another undertaker. They arranged for my father to be transferred to their care very swiftly and with the minimum of fuss. They were caring and compassionate in a very difficult and distressing situation and nothing seemed to faze them or to be any trouble at all. We initially discussed my father's funeral requirements with Simon and we were left in no doubt that my father would be well cared for and that all arrangements would be attended to precisely and according to our wishes. Without going into immense detail, suffice to say Memories did exactly what they said they would do and more than met our expectations.
