He also took great effort in providing me with solid answers about the property. Brad was able to support my elderly mother with her requests for further information. Nothing was too much for Brad. He made the whole experience a very positive and happy house viewing. Furthermore, despite his fear of spiders on my request Brad even ventured up into the loft space!! Brad displayed outstanding customer service - my mother, daughter and I agree Brad's apprach was one of the significant factors that led us to go on and place an offer on this property.
