I had a maintenance check today with Sana from LV Property, and she was phenomenal. She asked insightful questions and made the experience feel very personable. Sana ensured that any issues or inquiries I had would be addressed promptly. She took a range of photos of the issues and provided excellent feedback on how we have maintained our home. She’s truly a great addition to the team at LV Property.

Had a great experience starting a tenancy with them. This is my first ever tenancy and the team at LV Property have made it a really smooth process and have been on hand to answer all my questions. Gemma’s been lovely helping me arrange my move and accommodate my working hours.

Rhianna is an awesome Agent. We had a viewing and she was so welcoming, lively, and so cheerful. she gave a good listening ears and she was able to attend to all the questions. she was also punctual. it was a great experience so far.

My family and I were given a house tour by the wonderful 'Brad'. Brad was a true gentleman. He listened to my needs and questions intently. He also took great effort in providing me with solid answers about the property. Brad was able to support my elderly mother with her requests for further information. Nothing was too much for Brad. He made the whole experience a very positive and happy house viewing. Furthermore, despite his fear of spiders on my request Brad even ventured up into the loft space!! Brad displayed outstanding customer service - my mother, daughter and I agree Brad's apprach was one of the significant factors that led us to go on and place an offer on this property.
