Really great company - excellent communication via Fiona from initial enquiry through to day of booking. Had to rearrange initial booking due to extreme frozen weather but they came out anyway to double check and couldn't have been more apologetic (obviously not their fault at all). Cleaning was carried out of gutters, all windows and a lean-to conservatory which took some effort on the roof but Haydn was determined to get it as spotless as possible and the results are excellent - very happy and will be using them for regular cleans going forward! Herberts Cleaning LTD came and did ours and our neighbours gutters today. From the initial contact to completion the company were flawless. Efficient, polite, super respectful and good value they did an amazing job and offered us some great advice regarding our guttering and downpipe. Our neighbours are delighted too and we both will be recommending and re-using their company next time we get them cleaned. They come recommended to us from a roofer whom we know well and that recommendation did not let us down. Thank you for your help. We will see you again next July!

Great service from Herberts Cleaning. Fiona, managed to fit me in after a cancellation. Haydon was brilliant went over and above to clean all the gutters as well to resolve one problematic gutter, very professional. Definitely use them again.

Chris at Birmingham Sparkle has been amazing - literally has a can do attitude - cleaned my gutters - asked him if he could repair/glue down a few (we have an old house) as we were getting a few drips throw as you open the front door - he purchased the glue and cracked on. Would recommend

Chris came over to check the guttering of my neighbour's house and very kindly offered to check the front of my house, where I have had a minor, but on-going problem with rainwater.
