We were looking for a local company to replace our kitchen window. We visited Finesse and spoke with Bob Tooth. Told him what we wanted and he showed us an example of the product, which we very much liked. We were concerned that because we only wanted one window replaced that big companies wouldn’t want the work, or would quote silly prices. However, the price quoted was much cheaper than I expected so we agreed to them doing the work. Everything ran very smoothly there after. Bob came out and checked my measurements and then we received a visit from the surveyor. We were kept informed of progress and the window was fitted on the date specified. The 2 fitters fitted the window and cleared up all their mess. Overall we are extremely pleased with the quality of the window and the service provided by Finesse. We would certainly use them again if and when we needed another window replaced

We have had new front and back composite doors fitted by Birmingham Glass Services following a recommendation from a friend. Everyone in the team has been professional, helpful, polite and friendly. There were no high-pressured sales tactics - just good, honest advice and a prompt, detailed quote. The doors were fitted very efficiently with minimal disruption, and the quality is superb! Very stylish doors, with excellent security. I can highly recommend this company!

Wayne arrived and gave us an in depth quotation displaying his knowledge and experience as a window fitter / extension builder and was able to provide sound advice. Glazerite required no payment up front, and arrived on the date and time as planned with a team of four friendly experienced guys and set to work. They worked efficiently and did not disturb the house during the days they were there and left it tidy. The windows look amazing and have transformed the front of our house. We will be using Wayne and Glazerite again for the rear of our house. No high pressure sales unlike some of the national companies we got quotes from. An absolute pleasure to do business with. Wayne and his partner came out today to fit a new garage door and completes the work he has carried out to the front of our property which included new windows, door and new guttering. I would like to say all his work is carried out to a high standard and value for money. His work is tidy not leaving any mess, friendly to talk to. Would definitely recommend him to others.

My uPVC door’s double glaze needed replacing. Wayne was fast to respond, clear and fair on the price and committed to the dates given. He was very friendly and completed the job in a timely, clean a good quality manner. I would definitely recommend him.
