We have bought and sold a property with Sandersons recently and they have been outstanding. Antonia dealt with our sale brilliantly, staying in touch with us whilst we were abroad, navigating a time difference, to finalise the sale and our purchase. Vicky showed us around the house we bought several times, and she was so friendly and accommodating. When our sale progressed, Charlotte took over and just made the whole process so smooth. She was super efficient, knowledgeable, always available, and communicated regularly. She even patiently guided me through a little wobble I had! And when Charlotte was away from the office for a few days, Kerry took over seamlessly. If I had to sell another house tomorrow, I would have no hesitation, I would use Sandersons. You get the best team in your corner expertly guiding you through from start to finish.

We just exchanged on our first home and couldn't be happier with the service that Sandersons provided. We are currently arranging sale of our property, and house hunting in the Canterbury area. I can highly recommend Miles and Barr for their support so far. They have been very speedy in setting up viewings, quick to respond to queries, and good support/helpful advice from Graham on the sale of our own house. Georgia has been really great - she's been very quick responding to our viewing requests and followed up straight away with the owner re. queries. She's been knowledgeable on the properties and also a really friendly person to chat to going around.

From the start they have been great! Very open and honest with any questions we've had in regards to purchasing a property. Georgia was amazing showing us around a property, she was very personable and relaxed but still knew what she was talking about and answered all our questions without hesitation.
