We have used Karl at Kohl's Chartered Surveyors twice now for a Level 3 Survey (the first purchase fell through) and have been extremely impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. All aspects of the property were examined, and we were presented with a detailed report with pictures to highlight any issues. He is also quick to answer any questions, even after issuing the report. I definitely would recommend him.

Had 2 level 2 surveys done with Kharl, absolutely thorough very detailed with photographs, bottom line is this guy saved me a lot of money by not buying a money pit, very professional no stone unturned and offering good advice to relay to solicitors. Excellent value for money highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Price Lilford for their exemplary service. Mike, Ollie and the team at Price Lilford are nothing short of excellent. We came across Price Lilford by googling Chartered Surveyors in Canterbury as we needed a survey done for the purpose of purchasing a property. I’m so glad we found this company. Mike and Ollie who carried out our survey were very approachable, knowledgeable and clearly have exemplary expertise in their field. They were very responsive, always returned calls, took time to explain things in a way that is understandable, provided a detailed and thorough survey report and genuinely nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Will definitely use price Lilford again should the need arise and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

If you are looking for a Surveyor, don't look any further. Mike is brilliannt. Extremly knowlegeable and alwasys helpful. His report was fantastic and on time.
