Due to our previous experience with other estate agencies which haven't been so good, we didn't have high expectations when starting our journey with Haart. We've been dealing with Harry and Ethan during our process and they have both been absolutely amazing. Their professionalism and helpful nature have made this process so much easier and less stressful and I can't recommend them enough. Only giving this 5 star review to Wiktoria Szymanska who has been extremely helpful and communicative in addressing issues with our rental. The rest of the team could use some work and should take some lessons from her. It often takes a long time to get a response, if you get one at all. General maintenance numbers aren't answered and emails are not often replied to, but Wiktoria has been great. She should get a raise.

We finally found our dream rental house in Milton Keynes. Big thanks to Charlie the sales agent who not only understood our requirements but was quick to show possible property pipeline and to our surprise the very first property ticked most of our requirements. The paperwork was also efficiently handled by Katy and finally we got keys to house quickly, start to finish within 1 week. Thanks Thomas Connolly for helping with rental. One area of improvement is professional cleaning should be done more thoroughly and the inventory checklist should be done in person to avoid hassles or confusion especially if one is taking property rental for first time in UK.
