I needed a laurel that had grown way too high and wide to be cut back drastically as it was encroaching into my neighbours garden, blocking out a lot of their light into their conservatory, as well as causing me an issue on my side. The quote from Lucas Tree Care Ltd was very reasonable and it was agreed for them to do the job. Both John and Jamie carried out the work meticulously, cleaning up all the cuttings and chipping the waste on site, before leaving everything perfectly clean. Both are very polite, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again, when the time arises, for any other trees to be cut back.

Sam came and carried out a review of our trees and was very clearly very knowledgeable. His prices for the work to be carried out were also very fair, especially as a number of the trees were very large and complicated including a huge Willow that was in a dangerous condition. Sam and the team were very professional, friendly and tidy, the work they carried out was outstanding. We were so impressed we also asked them to do some additional work. We would highly recommend, they are competitively priced, very professional and a very friendly team.

As you do you you shop around for prices. Sam came and impressed me so much with his knowledge that I had to choose him for the work I needed doing. His price wasn’t the cheapest but not the dearest, and I trying to do everything to my new place on a budget. They came on the date we had arranged in advance of his site visit. And from the the quote to the finish, Sam was really professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was happy to answer questions and give advice and on the day the whole team were approachable and friendly. I was surprised how quickly the work was done and they tidied up brilliantly.
