Emily was fantastic with helping us secure a great property in central Preston that had all the requirements we wanted and more! From the start she was friendly, engaging and understood what we were after. As we were moving from London she was super helpful with processing everything remotely and even picked me up from the railway station on my way to collect the property keys on moving day to save time. She was thorough and very professional.

Before I changed rental agency I had called Entwistle Green and found the person I spoke to helpful and professional, which set good precedent for the company. I then had contact with Abby, whose communication and help with letting the property has been excellent. She is always very quick to respond to queries, is very knowledgable, and has been a very good contact to have. I would certainly recommend her and the company.

I had a great experience with Cathy when she showed me my new flat. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. She answered all my questions and made the process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
