The quality of care has been high, and has made a meaningful difference to both mum's wellbeing and our family's peace of mind and most importantly has enabled my mother to remain in her own home, the carers are skilled in manoeuvring techniques and support her physically and emotionally. They treat mum with dignity and respect and meet her needs. Initial difficulties finding the right match for my mum were responded to quickly and efficiently by the management team and additional training needs were identified and delivered promptly and successfully. There are clear and effective communication channels and managers are always available, approachable and responsive. Feedback is welcomed and acted upon positively. Care records are detailed and well maintained.

The Review Comment: I've been with this firm 4 months this month has changed my life completely I am treated like a queen by all the carers office personnel and the owners I have never received this sort of care and respect from any other care providers in 18 years of receiving care I would recommend this company to any person that would like to receive the same treatment I'm getting. They stay the full time and nothing is too much trouble if you have an emergency like yesterday I'd cancelled my teatime call because I was at hospital for an operation it got done earlier than expected and the office replaced my call immediately I live alone and this meant the world to me please give this remarkable firm a chance a big thank you.

I cannot praise Right at Home enough. Not only for the continuous, warm, friendly and respectful care the team have shown my Dad, but the care and support they have shown us as a family during what has been a very stressful time making sure my Dad has the right support in place, after he made the decision he wanted assisted living in his own home rather than moving into a care home. My Dad has loved having the visits, they have helped him to feel less isolated as well as benefitting from physical care. We feel very lucky to have found the team and feel we can talk to them at any time about my Dad's evolving needs. Would highly recommend.
