Called in at lunch for fish and peas... decided to have a haddock OMG when I saw the size of it all I could think of was the quote from Jaws, "we're going to need a bigger boat". And the taste was amazing. Very, VERY recommended. Thank you.

Great quality fish and chips, staff are friendly and welcoming. Good quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

This chippy is worth the drive to Chorley town centre. Chips are cooked well done, unlike many other pale pasty looking chip shop's fare. Fish cooked to perfection and always prompt, and polite service. Giorgio the owner obviously takes pride in his excellent customer service and it makes for a pleasant experience. Just be mindful of the "Cash Only" policy and closing times - generally 10pm. I heartily recommend this business and have No affiliation apart from being a satified customer. Tom Ashworth.

Probably the best fish and chips I've ever had. The batter on the fish is so fresh and light and crispy and the fish inside is bright white and juicy. The chips are great, huge portion too, and the peas and curry are very flavoursome. It's funny because I keep hunting for the perfect fish and chips in coastal towns like Whitby and Wales and Cornwall, and little would I have thought the winner so far resides in Chorley.

Great value and really nice food. Good opening hours too. Tables if you want to eat in. Quite a variety of things on the menu. Also sells chippy vinegar.

Queens Vic in Chorley consistently delivers an amazing experience with their perfectly fried fish and chips. The spicy curry adds a delightful kick, and the staff provides friendly service, enhancing your overall dining satisfaction.

Andrew at skippers chippy was very friendly and chatty when I went there the other night.the fish and chips and mushy peas were lovely.he had a screen showing his business deals in Norway etc.never seen that before.he,s very enterprising.the only fault was my brother wanted a large curry sauce.and it was a small carton.otherwise.PERFECT.Well done Andrew and staff.

Andrew runs the best fish and chips shop in the area. Great service and friendly staff. If you haven't tried the food I have no hesitation in recommending you visit and see for yourself.

Beautiful place with amazing and kind staff!!! It was my first time trying fish and chips, and the owner explained to me everything. Let me try all the sauces and choose what I like more! The fish was amazing and very tasty! I definitely recommended it.
