SMITHFIELDS FISH & CHIPS REVIEWS

We had a wonderful meal of the most delicious fish and chips, kebabs, mushy peas, scrumptious sauces and Mediterranean wraps; all our three generations, grandparents, parents and grandchildren were all happy ! Thank you to the chef and staff for a lovely evening in a lovely atmosphere.

Fish is so succulent, light and batter is always perfect. Salad is always fresh. This is my favourite meal, and I always order exactly this plate of food. My husband loves their pitta kebabs, with really tender marinated chicken breast. Staff are quick and efficient as well as being very welcoming and they really go out of their way for you. I definitely recommend Smithfields. I wouldn't get my fish and chips anywhere else.

Absolutely amazing experience at The Smithfield. We sat in the restaurant, the waitress was very attentive. The food came fast, was super hot and extremely tasty. I had a kebab wrap, which was delicious. The meat was cooked to perfection and the salad was lovely and fresh. Chips were piping hot. You definitely get quantity and quality at The Smithfield. Lovely staff and amazing food.

I absolutely adore this place. The food is fantastic, and the staff are excellent. Whether you choose to dine in and savour their delicious chips while enjoying the friendly service or opt for a takeaway, both options are great. Their service is exceptional, ensuring your food arrives at the table in under 5 minutes. The portions are so generous that even as a food lover, I often have leftovers, highlighting just how ample they are. I've also tried their delivery service, and the food remains top-notch even after the journey.

One of the best fish and chips that I ever had.I had the large cod with melted cheese chips.....delicious. The place is very clean and tidy, and the service excellent. Totally recommend.

The fish and chips were really good, and the portions were quite generous. The service from the girls was fast and they were really friendly. The GIRL at the counter was also very nice. If I ever find myself back in Ironbridge, I know where to go and also very nice and clean sitting area back side.

First time here and absolutely brilliant. Friendly staff, place lovely and clean. Fish and chips were really nice. Service was very quick . If you're in Ironbridge and fancy fish and chips then this place is a must.

Visited Ironbridge which was beautiful and thought I would stay for a bite to eat with my disabled uncle. The chip shop adjacent to bridge looked good so popped in. I was met by a very enthusiastic member of staff , Tyler who recommended one of their specials: pie, chips and curry sauce. Tyler was adamant I had to tell him what I thought which I did, sensational. Angelica checked on us and asked if we were enjoying our meal which we were. Thank you all for looking after us.
