Fantastic experience from start to finish. It arrived on a pallet so well packed. We are So pleased with the results it looks amazing. Such good quality tiles. We went for the oak floor in a fish bone style. We had an excellent fitter who agreed it was as good quality as all the premium brands available. I think we paid about half price. We will be buying more. Thanks to the guys at stories who gave great advice and great customer service.

Great quality and fast delivery! In process I noticed that delivery address I gave was incorrect. It took me a whole minute to updated, I was connect quickly directly to human being and my issue was resolved instantly. I will always recommend using those guys. They are so good that we end up using them again for flooring on the second floor and the attic conversion.

A really impressive company who stand out above others in what they offer alongside their incredibly good value for money flooring. Small touches like enclosing a tea bag and biscoff with the extra large free samples they send out within 24 hours. Also they will store your flooring you want for up to 3 months free , allowing you to purchase ahead of time when you see a product you really want and at a price you want it ,even if you are not quite ready to fit it . All in all a very professional set up that instills confidence in a purchase .

The samples are honestly so good they give you an insight on how the real thing is going to feel , i love how they offer next day delivery for samples it’s so amazing some companies wouldn’t go that far to do next day amazon delivery and this one did , about to order more samples now lol !!

Excellent service in the showroom, during visit for measuring up/quoting and during fitting. Mick who did the fitting worked really fast and fitted LVT in our oddly shaped kitchen working around a fridge freezer and plumbed in washing machine and dishwasher with no issues at all. 100% would recommend and use again.

Cannot praise Yorkshire flooring enough, especially Dan who painstakingly fitted the Karndean parquet. The transformation is simply amazing. We can wholeheartedly recommend The Yorkshire Flooring Company with hand on heart, and without hesitation.

Excellent flooring options - we chose Harvey Maria tiles - Kyle and team were polite , friendly and helpful and did a great job in fitting our lovely tiles. We are thrilled with the end result. A pleasure to deal with this classy and quality outfit!
