We had a great experience with PDS Windows. James and Tom were clear throughout with quoting, costing and talking through our options. It didn't feel salesy at all, which we had experienced elsewhere. We were communicated with before, during and after installation so we knew exactly what and when things were happening. Josh and Steve fitted 40 windows and doors in a week. Which was incredible. In addition to this they were tidy in removing and installing the windows, and cleaned up at the end of each day to a good level, which was great as we have two little kids. I work from home and they interrupted me as little as possible, minimising noise. They were great to chat with and appreciated the occasional coffee (it was a wet and cold week), despite being busy fitting. They were also kind enough to help out with a few unrelated niggles and took time to give advice. Very happy, made a real difference to the house, style and warmth. 100% would use PDS again, wouldn't even consider getting anyone else in.

We contacted PDS Windows when looking for a new door. We designed it ourselves on their site then arranged a quote and for them to come and measure up. We can only say how friendly and efficient they have been. The door was installed yesterday, their fitters were again friendly and efficient. They have been thoroughly professional throughout. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them again in future.we are absolutely thrilled to bits with our door.

They were clear with dates and timings with regular updates to keep us informed. Josh and Steve arrived on the first morning to fit the windows and door on what was a day of extreme weather, gales, sun, torrential rain and hail. I would like to thank Safe N Secure for doing an excellent job on my windows. I had two large very old windows replaced with modern UPVC. They were friendly, down to earth, and provided good customer service and communication. The windows them selves look fantastic, the inside and out. They finish at the edges was very neat. The price was affordable. Overall very impressed and would 100% recommend.

Just had all my windows and doors replaced and all I can say is what a fantastic job they’ve done. The workmanship was first class and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
