Fantastic from start to finish. The process of calling them when you arrive and sanitising when entering the store due to COVID made us feel very at ease knowing they had a strict process in place which is great to see.We primarily dealt with Lorna who was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and matched our requirements exactly. The fitters were very thorough and efficient and the standard of when they had finished was excellent. Couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be using again.

Just had the conservatory floor done, can't praise the fitters enough. The whole experience was brilliant from the young lady in the shop to the fitting it's not the 1st time we have used A S T and would definitely recommend them thank you

Bought vinyl on Saturday and fitted today Tuesday. As always the staff were very helpful. Will not use anywhere else for flooring when you get excellent service. Thanks all super happy with the results.

Just had a new laminate floor laid by Floors 2 Go, and couldn't be happier. From the first visit to the store to the finished floor, the staff were very helpful. They visited the property before we ordered the floor covering, as we were worried about the surface. The floor was slightly uneven, so they advised us on the best laminate to put down in order to give the best finish. The showroom has a huge range to choose from, all at extremely competitive prices. I have no hesitation in recommending Floors 2 Go.

Sam was fantastic throughout the process, providing assistance and making the whole experience effortless. The flooring installation was carried out by two highly professional individuals, and no faults were found. Additionally, they left no trace of dust behind. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Just ordered the new flooring for my passageway and utility room. Very pleased with the attentive service and happy with the advice given. I was promised a phone call regarding the fitment date, and was pleased when this was provided within half an hour of our shop visit. The price is very competitive, and the quality of the product seems very good too. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

We have used Tapi carpets in our current and previous homes and have always had first class service from Mike at the Telford store. We visited again the weekend and luckily Mike was in and able to assist and advise us on carpet for a second bedroom we are currently renovating and also looking at options on hard flooring for downstairs. Mike is clearly very knowledgeable and always listens to what you’re looking for and talks you through the best options. We will definitely be back to order the hard flooring soon. Three of my sisters and a niece have also used them after we recommended Tapi and they are all delighted too! We would not hesitate to recommend Tapi to anyone.

Great prices and choice of flooring! Helpful staff went through the pros and cons of each type of laminate with me. Fitter was quick and clean and was able to fit when it was convenient to me. Altogether a great experience, would recommend!

Excellent service as always. Have used them multiple times for flooring for the whole house and have never been disappointed. The fitters do a great job too. They are friendly, very quick and efficient at what they do. I would definitely recommend Tapi Carpets & Flooring to others.
