Overall a very drawn out, emotionally and stressful sale and I am so glad I chose Barbers to guide me through this. I felt they were by my side without having to ask. Beth was fantastic, the amount of time and consideration she gave me and my wife made us feel so safe and valued. As first time buyers, taking this step was scary, but Beth made it so easy, clear and quick communication, tireless chasing of solicitors to make sure this sale was completed as soon as possible. During in a time of both solicitors causing issues, Beth kept on to them and made sure that any issues were sorted, she made sure to accommodate mine and my wife's every need, from viewings, to simple questions to easing worries on completion, she did everything for us. The biggest part of this 5 star review was that Ben and Nick went above and beyond for us when our property got down valued, they quickly and efficiently found some comparables so we could appeal. Our appeal got approved (which is rare) and we were over the moon. Ben kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and responded really quickly to Emails and phone calls. He liaised with the seller to ensure all of our questions were answered in a timely manner. (I'm a worrier so this gave me so much peace of mind).
