Excellent response to a small service problem which I found really impressive. Our food was delayed - there was another large party being served at a similar time to us - which we had to speak to the waiter about. However, the generous way they resolved the problem was really exceptional, and when our dinner came, it was excellent. You can't fault a restaurant that gets it spot on 99% of the time, and cares enough to make good the odd time that there's a slip-up. I'm impressed and will return soon for other tasty treats.

Myself and my husband came here for a meal last night, to celebrate being married for a month. We were absolutely blown away by the atmosphere; staff and outstanding quality of food. We can't wait to come here again.

We had a really great experience at Worcester. It was a birthday meal, my wife got a card and the table was decoarated. We had a really lovely evening and staff were brilliant. Will return.

TOP 3 THE COTFORD HOTEL AND L’AMUSE BOUCHE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

It's an imposing Victorian building a short walk from the town centre and although it looks a little formal, don't be put off as the welcome, service and food at L'Amuses Bouche are all excellent. We enjoyed a full three courses and although there isn't a huge choice, we tried a variety of the dishes and they were universally great. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere informal and we would certainly visit again. Highly recommended and a lovely place for a meal We didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on that but am sure it must be up to scratch!

Took a friend here for a birthday dinner. Absolutely stunning food and wonderful friendly and relaxed staff. A true gem of a place and one of the best meals I’ve ever had. So thankful for their creativity and service.

Amazing experience, food out of this world, staff so pleasant and surroundings are beautiful.
