Ashton's are first class funeral directors. Every single person who I dealt with was empathetic, professional, and caring. We first used Ashton's 31 years ago when our Dad passed away. At that time, we used the Cardean Street office. Recently, my Mum died and we used Ashton's in Lochee. Both offices are so, so good. I cannot think of enough superlatives to describe them. Today, I picked up my Mum's ashes from Cardean Street and the Receptionist, Zoe, epitomised professionalism. Absolutely fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend Ashton's to anyone who has sadly lost someone. The world would be a far, far better place if everyone acted in the way Ashton's do. Thanks Ashton's for all of your help.

On the sudden passing of our father, George, Colin and his colleagues at Ashtons were so helpful, kind and caring. Colin, especially, supported us and nothing was too much trouble. He kept us regularly updated and responded quickly to any queries. We are grateful that Colin liaised with florists and our family minister, helping to make a sad and difficult time a bit more bearable for our family.

Following the recent death of my mother, we approached James Ashton & Son to arrange the funeral. The service received was first class. Everything was explained in great detail and compassion in advance by James at the company's office in Stobswell. The funeral itself went without a hitch and the staff were meticulous throughout. Extremely professional service. Arrangements made with sensitivity and compassion. Staff provided much needed guidance during a very difficult time for our family and were extremely accommodating to our needs. Staff provided recommendation for the funeral celebrant who captured the essence of my father beautifully. We have received positive feedback on the delivery of the service from many friends and family.

I thought the whole process from the initial interview with Edna where our wishes were noted through to the actual funeral and burial was beyond reproach. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout.

Staff very courteous and kept us fully informed at all times. Delivery of ashes also done with dignity.

Asked Paul for some advice and he was more than willing to help me and even asked me if I would like him to take care of it for me nothing was a problem for Paul from start to finish would highly recommend very helpful and professional services can’t thank Paul enough.
