RIVERSIDE VIEW CARE HOME REVIEWS

Although our mum was only in Riverside View a few months, the staff were first rate. Very caring, kind and considerate. It was made to feel like home not only to mum but to her family, including her wee dog. Staff were excellent, showed great compassion and patience. Highly recommend this Care Home. God bless the staff for all they do, true vocational calling.

I have visited Ballumbie Court Care Home on several occasions since my mum came here in March this year. On every occasion, I have found the home to be immaculate and all the staff very attentive, helpful and friendly. Today is my mum's birthday and the home decorated the room with banners and balloons, gifts and two cakes and staff sang "happy birthday" which was a lovely gesture.

Compared to other homes this is a very good "Dementia" care home in Dundee. Good friendly staff, Good infection control head and very good home manager.

Excellent care for Mum. She has settled in no problem. Nothing is too much trouble. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this care home.

The new manageress is certainly making her mark and noticeable changes are improving the high standards already set here. The manager is approachable and takes into account individual requirements of our mother. The staff are friendly and helpful and try to involve the service users in activities. This is a really good facility.

Excellent care home, lovely surroundings, caring staff, activities and lovely food. My mum was cared for here and the staff were absolutely brilliant.

Very happy with my father's experience. Lovely facility and fantastic staff.
