From the outset, the trader displayed an exceptional level of professionalism, expertise, and care. Ben conducted a thorough survey of the property—both inside and outside—including areas beyond the boundary to accurately track the rat’s movements. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. One of the things that really stood out was their use of night vision cameras to monitor the rat’s entry and exit points. This innovative approach allowed for a clear understanding of the issue and ultimately played a key role in resolving it. Amazing service from Pest King! I had a wasp infestation in a hard-to-reach area near my front door. I called on a Sunday evening, and Rob came out first thing Tuesday morning. He was fantastic—he explained exactly what he was going to do and how the treatment worked. Even though the nest itself wasn't visible, it only took one treatment, and there wasn't a single wasp insight by the following day. This was my first time ever needing to call pest control, so while I don't have anything to compare it to but no complaints and they were also cheaper than the local council standard charge for pest control.
