The service we received was first class and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to make particular mention of Anna at the Grimsby office. She is an absolute credit to Lincolnshire Funeral Services by showing great empathy and understanding in the way she managed the whole process in a totally dignified and professional manner. I would just like to say how impressed I was with the service recieved from dignity/Embersons. I work in a local care home and when one of our residents passed away the family requested that Embersons be used. The service recieved was excellent from the initial phone call to the individual leaving the home. I understand this might not often be spoken about but I felt it should be acknowledged. I especially want to thank the young lady and gentleman that visited to pick our resident up, although it was 3am in the morning their level of professionalism was outstanding as was the care, dignity and respect that was shown to the individual, I could not of asked for better.

Brilliant would reccomend there services to anyone they helped me on the most difficult day of my life having to say goodbye to my mum thankyou all of you excellent service from these people thankyou again.
