I had an issue with an old alarm system and I contacted Elite Security Solutions. Although the Issue was not immediately time critical I described the issue and my availability. Their response was exceptional and immediate. The same day the issue was resolved. A discussion around reliability and age of the equipment was carried out between myself and an extremely knowledgeable Engineer. A replacement solution and quotation was with me within 36hrs. The equipment proposed was high-quality and reasonably priced. However the back up service is second to none! Allan and his team provide a thoughtful, thorough, professional service and leave you in no doubt that if you need them, they will be there no matter how busy they get. I now have an up to date, user friendly alarm system which i can control from an App on my phone, and Wi-fi available in outbuildings. I would make no hesitation in recommending Elite Security Solutions to anyone. Just have tea and biscuits waiting and watch them go!

First class service from all the staff. They all show respect and are a pleasure to do business with. The after sales service is also second to none. Recently had system maintenance carried out - engineer was on time and work carried out very efficiently and thoroughly.

I have been using Elite for several years and they have never let me down. Alan and his team are knowledgable and always customer focussed. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Dave fitted my alarm about a year ago. It’s simple to use and I’ve had absolutely zero issues with it. A month after the alarm was fitted, Dave came back to set it up with my new phone line. Great service, well priced and would highly recommend.

Beesafe took over our basic home alarm system at the end of 2024 , after we needed to re mortgage the house to pay the Chubb fee. From the very start they have been attentive and approachable. Unfortunately our key panel failed this week, it was replaced promptly and efficiently and Pete the engineer who visited us, was efficient, polite and a credit to the business. Contacted BeeSafe after a recommendation we had a problem with the house alarm on our return from holiday the technician talked me through what needed to be done on the digital panel and solved the problem without needing a callout. You guys are amazing! Thank you Highly recommended
