The professionalism and attention to detail from everyone at Walters throughout all our dealings with them post the death of our Little Sis, Wanda, was brilliant. It was apparent from very early on that the company, and specifically Steven, knew what we wanted, understood the person our sister was and delivered aligned to this. The small touches that they included such as changing their Neck Ties, sourcing colours and adornments and always being contactable was above our expectations. This was dues to the attentive nature and understanding of Steven. His colleagues Anthony and Dave were so respectful and tender in dealing with our Little Sis from the moment they picked her up right through to the funeral. Thanks to all at Walters from Teresa, Nick and Alison.

We recently used Walters for my uncle's funeral, who sadly passed away in June. Walters supported us throughout the entire process, with Karen being particularly compassionate and professional. On the day of the funeral, Jeremy took charge, and everything went as smoothly as possible. He and his team were highly professional. We are grateful to them for providing such excellent service during a difficult time.

In what was a difficult time, following the loss of my Sister Helen In February 2024, the personnel at A.A Walters dealt with all of our family needs with sympathy, courtesy and great professionalism. We received prompt attention and accurate details along the way from the moment we had contact with them to the point of my Sisters funeral. I think it only fair to mention Alexis here who was exemplary throughout. Thank you all at A.A Walters for helping us along the way, it was genuinely appreciated.

I would like to express my gratitude for how you handled my husband’s funeral in August. Everything about the day was genuine, heartfelt, beautiful and carried out with dignity - you gave him the perfect send off. Your efforts in arranging everything from the cars, flowers, order of service and music provided comfort and support during a time of great sadness, truly professional. I would also like to comment on how you reassured, supported and gave confidence to my sons and grandsons when they chose to carry my husband into church and then after the service, to carry him back out again. And finally your support in guiding my sons at the burial. The whole occasion was perfect and the attention to detail was excellent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Webb and sons Were very compassionate and caring with how they cared for our mum and how they were there for me and my family. We couldn’t thank them enough for how they made an extremely hard and heart breaking moment with loosing our mum more manageable with how they laid her to rest and being there for us all the thought ,care, compassion they put into caring for us all was exceptional.

The team at S. Webb and Sons were very caring and efficient right from our first contact all the way through the to the funeral. They ensured everything was in order, provided contacts for flowers and order of service, and were comforting throughout. Thank you.

Caring professionalism from start to finish when purchasing a cremation memorial stone for my late Fathers ashes. Carol and Nicola kept us informed at every step via emails and photographs etc. Rang several other memorial providers in the area before someone recommended Walsh, and the difference in service from first contact was leagues above, helpful, experienced, professional,....very reassured. Stone was completed and fixed even before estimated date, cant recommend highly enough for service, quality, and reliability.

We cannot thank Carol and the team enough for all their help and support with my dad’s funeral. It was an extremely distressing time and Carol and the team went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as well as it could. They were so kind and compassionate throughout such a difficult period. Thank you for everything. We would highly recommend this all women team of funeral directors.
