My beloved Nan has been moved from a previous care home to Waterside. Can't describe how welcomed me and all my family felt when we walked in to visit her for the first time today. We felt at home and my nan was as radiant as what she used to be after only a week. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and long may it continue. I appreciate the hard and selfless work you do. Thank you

Mom moved to Waterside in November following a hospital discharge. From day one, home staff were very friendly and professional. Level of care and support very good and Mom is settled and comfortable. Home staff very helpful with ongoing assessments.

All the bedrooms are very welcoming with personal belongings and have an ensuite. I find all the facilities and staff extremely good and caring. The home itself is always clean and tidy and the atmosphere is welcoming. I would always recommend Bridgewood to anyone needing care and nursing.

I would highly recommend Bridgewood Mews to anyone who is in need of care. Very clean and very welcoming. All the staff that I have dealt with, as always, have been friendly, caring, helpful and answer all the questions we need to know. I'm glad my relative is in this home.

Very friendly, welcoming staff, very caring, willing to listen to concerns. Care is of a high standard, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of the residents resulting in happy residential care of this person. Staff are deserving of a big pat on the back.

Very pleased with all the staff, all dedicated to their jobs, looked after Mom very well and couldn't do enough for her. We would recommend this home to anyone. My brother and myself were very grateful.

Dad's been here for six months. We had a few teething problems with Dad settling but all staff were on hand to help us. The home always put Dad's care first. Always good communication on both sides

It is the greatest comfort to know Mum is safe and happy with the staff and residents. We are happy with all her care and have no complaints. Thank you.
