Our lovely new sofas arrived last week, the care and attention from the delivery guys was excellent. This just sums up our experience from Gillies, we were looked after so well by Craig, no hard sales which is refreshing, the aftercare is excellent as well. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from very knowledgeable staff. A new staff member Craig was great and could not be nicer. Nathan helped him to answer all our questions and fill in any gaps in Craig's training. Both are real assets to the store. Quality furniture that will last and be timeless in appearance. Often bought from them and you can not get better elsewhere. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Gillie’s Broughty Ferry are an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the sales and measuring team all the way through to the fitters. Wouldn’t use anyone else. We live in Aberdeenshire but still use the Broughty Ferry branch because they’re that good!

Great service received from Richard. Came back later in the day because I was so impressed. Beautiful range of furniture available and reasonable offers. Ordered furniture from here to be delivered. Fingers crossed I'm as pleased with that part of the process as I was with the sales approach.

Richard was Excellent, took time going through all options until my mum was happy with everything. Highly recommended
