Craig and Christopher were so helpful when I needed to kit my bike out for my first 50 mile sportive.I went in with no gear and no idea and left with the perfect solutions for my bike and lots of advice. The result is I feel much more confident with my bike and I completed the 50 mile challenge easily. Thank you. I haven't learned how to upload the photo though.

The guys at Spokes Cycles, Dundee, are superb. They are proper bike specialists! They will show a genuine detailed interest in your bike issues and resolve them at a great price. They also try and educate you with regards to the issues with your bike. Great customer service!! Would recommend to anyone.

Did a warranty claim for me on a Giant I didn't buy from them. They tried to get one my size but a major retailer had bought all the ones in my size. The frame swap was turned round fast, and no tuning was required. A great service.

Staff in here are superb... no matter who you are dealing with for eg. I had an issue with a lost key this week and thought id need another one which would of been at great expense. But the lad in there gave me a tip which i didnt know as theyre was another key situated on my bike which would fit in the other lock and was easy to solve my problem. ive dealt with many bike stores over the years who look down on you or try and rip you off (spoikes). Ebs staff at the docks store are friendly welcoming and you can actually have a good banter with them aswell. Id recommended you go to this store no matter the situation. Keep up the good work. We hired bikes which were delivered to loch leven for us. The kids were in a trailer, also hired through electric bike Scotland. Fantastic service and bikes. Special thanks to Barbara and John.

Great guys who accommodated us at very short notice to service our 2 Riese & Muller ebikes while we were passing through the area. All staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Took my old bike in as it was knackered I needed new everything from wheels to brakes cables etc. I got it back today and to be honest it looks brand new I had to ask if it was actually my bike! Everything works perfect all tested before I took it home very reasonable price for a near complete refurb. Highly recommended.
