Always fantastic service, from all the team. Great for all jewellery needs. Designed a ring for my 10 year anniversary using old rings/diamonds. Altered some earrings from studs to drop. Replaced batteries in watches. Great selection of jewellery . All so kind and helpful.

Met with Stephen Henderson and immediately had a good impression - he is very professional and he and his staff are all neatly dressed and genuinely polite and friendly. Mr Henderson’s vast knowledge of the watch market was invaluable in the sale of a watch, achieving a good price and prompt sale. I would thoroughly recommend him if you have a good quality watch to sell or would like to purchase one. Absolutely no pressurised sales pitch, just a lovely gentleman.

Always had a great experience/service from everyone at Steven Henderson jeweller. From getting new batteries or links in my watch to purchasing a new gold chain today. Great service from Dexter helping me find exactly what I wanted.

My daughter and I were served today by Maddison and she went above and beyond. Such a friendly attentive young lady, far beyond her years showing such a mature attitude. We are both delighted with the bracelet you helped us put together (although my daughter will have to wait until Christmas). You listened to exactly what my daughter wanted and gave us some gorgeous options. A really lovely experience and I will 100% recommend to anyone. Maddison you are such an asset to the store (everyone was lovely), thank you so much.

Excellent service from Maddison and Cheryl, when I had been given incorrect advice from another Pandora store regarding my order. This is a lovely shop with a fantastic selection of watches. I've been after a new dress watch for sometime and decided to have a look in Chisholm Hunter Dundee. The staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming, and brought an array of watches for me to try on. In the end, I settled on a Seiko Special Edition - a stunning watch, which my wife purchased as a birthday present for me. Again, the staff were excellent and took the time to make multiple links adjustments so the watch was sitting just right.

I contacted the Chisholm Hunter store at Dundee and spoke to Sasha. She couldn't have been more helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I got exactly what I was looking for at a great price. The packaging and postage are above and beyond. Sasha made the experience exactly how it should be. A+. Russell
