Very helpful and friendly staff at Furniture Village Gateshead. Didn’t mind us spending an hour sitting on the sofa choosing fabrics and ensuring it was really comfy! Delivery service was excellent and guys great! Very happy with the service provided and the products purchased!

Great customer service from the lady who attended to us. Jane Walker was very professional and went through the buying process and explaining what to expect at every stage of the purchase. Some great advice without being pressured and made the purchase stress free.

Just ordered a new sofa. Great friendly service from Neil. I liked the fact you could walk around the store and not get followed by a salesperson badgering you. Genuine and professional service from Neil, no sales pitch needed.

We recently visited NCF Living in Gateshead while going through the house selling/buying process, and our experience was outstanding. Simmy, the saleperson who helped us, was absolutely excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely understanding of our situation. He took the time to listen to what we needed and suggested a range of products perfectly suited to our new home. After walking through the entire strip of furniture shops in the Metrocentre, Simmy stood out as the best salesperson we met — professional, helpful, and never pushy. The store itself also has a fantastic selection of stylish, high-quality furniture at very competitive prices compared to DFS, SCS, Sofalogy, and Barker & Stonehouse.

Zoe at the Gateshead was wonderful. I explained I need a specific type of mattress as I have had spinal surgery and she spent time going through them with me and took us through different options. Really lovely lady and she made the experience really enjoyable!!

Ammo from Gateshead store was very welcoming as soon as we entered the store, he made the experience excellent - buying my first sofa for my first home! He listened to what my needs were and showed me options relating to that. Happy customer thank you!!
