Fantastic service from Beaverbrooks Omega Boutique Metro Centre, on my watch purchase & collection. Kept me posted on manufacture delayed delivery. However, my watch was well worth the wait. Have to say the customer service at beaverbrooks is above and beyond online and in store I couldn't be happier with all the help me and my fiancé got, especially from selina at the metro centre store the friendliest most helpful lady you could ever meet, absolutely over the moon with the service from beaverbrooks would definitely highly recommend anyone to go with them.

Absolutely superb. Visited tonight with a very nervous daughter getting her ears pierced for the first time. Harvey who carried out the piercing, was amazing. He was so friendly and put my daughter at ease straight away. Made the whole process very comfortable for her. I can't praise them enough! 10/10.

We went in requiring an exchange on a ring for a different size. The customer service by Dallas was fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Very professional and friendly, she helped us solve our problem with ease ,a very helpful individual. Thank you !

Was just served by Diya not even 10 minutes ago from writing this. Couldn't have had a better experience and couldn't have helped more even amongst the hustle and bustle of the mad Christmas rush. Helped me pick exactly what I wanted and gave great advice throughout. I hope management read these reviews and pass this feedback on and if others do call I couldn't recommend her enough.
