Excellent service from the beginning, browsing for new wardrobes in store. Ian was attentive but not intrusive, no pressure, just informative with various choices & advice. Wardrobes delivered with courtesy, ease & efficiency. Wardrobes fitted by " flat pack Charlie ", polite & friendly with superb end result, all packaging removed & everything left tidy. Impressive company with competitive prices for quality & service. Thankyou .

From the second I walked into the showroom to the day my sofa was delivered, I’ve got to say was probably the best service I’ve ever received anywhere. Michael was really helpful in understanding my needs and even remembered serving my girlfriend a couple of years ago! The communication all the way through the process was great and informative and the delivery itself was great. Charlie and Tom delivered it without any fuss whatsoever. All in all very professional but at the same time personal without any pressure. I would highly recommend!!

Received my new sofas yesterday and was not disappointed!! From choosing my sofas at the Lincoln store where Michael was so very helpful and knowledgeable, very professional to a smooth delivery from Charlie and Tom,a massive thank you. Nothing to much trouble and the craft manship is second to none. Thank you KC sofas would recommend .

The whole experience has been a breeze. From choosing, ordering & receiving the sofa. Tyler & Tom were polite & very helpful in delivering the sofa to us on Friday. Quick and efficient young lads. Would highly recommend KC Sofas.

Excellent service from the team in Lincoln, with prompt and accurate delivery details. Bedside cabinets easy to construct along with the chest of drawers. Wardrobe took longer as the components are heavy. BC7and 8 are easy to construct, and the BC12 requires some thought. Overall, good value for money and solid construction. Would recommend.

These wardrobes are of a very high quality, very heavy and a two person build to be honest . Instructions are good, could be a little more clear but once you've got you're head round it they are ok. Really good piece of kit. Easy to order online and delivery person very helpful and thorough.

Bought the TV entertainment cabinet and just love it! Any style goes with this cabinet It looks and feels a lot more expensive than it was. The quality is lovely. Delivery was really quick too.
