I needed a setting for a diamond on a fairly short deadline. The advice and communication were excellent, and the ring came back on time. It needed a couple of adjustments, but I was able to take it away on holiday for the proposal, and bring it back a few weeks later to be perfected. A fantastic level of service throughout, that ended with a beautiful ring and a very happy fiancé. The staff are professional, friendly, relaxed, and generous with their time. Visited the store and Beth helped myself and my fiancé to find our perfect wedding rings. She was extremely helpful, kind and very polite. She was not pushy but gave us lots of advice and we both picked our favourite ones. We couldn’t recommend Beth and the Lincoln store enough! She deserves to be recognised for her impeccable customer service skills!

Emma was an absolute star today. We had issues with a ring we have owned for approximately 2 years and pay cover on. The ring was taken off us, store credit given and two happy customers walked out of the store. Thank you to all three ladies in store today. That's how retail service in done!

My first ever visit to a Pandora shop, my son wanted ideas for Xmas and birthday so wasn't buying anything. Was served by a lovely young lady I think she was called Savannah tried a variety of jewellery on and said what charms I liked and she wrote them all down on a card for my son. She was lovely and I did end up buying a ring. So here starts my pandora journey.

As an alternative person I can find shops like this a little daunting, however, Megan made this such a special experience and even helped to pick out complementary jewelry. A fantasic experience overall, made better by the staff!

Excellent experience....I had to source a bracelet to hold a special charm.....Tash was the jewellery assistant that served me....she was so patient in showing me all the options and eventually chose a solid bangle....lovely lady, lovely store.
