My daughter and I rented 2 bikes and had an amazing time, even with an unexpected puncture!! Lee is an asset to the Giant team and went above and beyond for us; being unfamiliar with the trails, he took the time to help us decide what course to take and then when I had a puncture 9 miles from the shop, he rode out on a replacement bike so my daughter and I could carry on with our journey! (Without even asking!!) Very thankful for the service received and we will definitely be returning for more adventures.

Had such a great time and really enjoyed our super delicious burgers. We tried the pumpkin soup with cream! It was incredible as well. Staff are so kind and the ingredients are so fresh. This is really one of the greatest burgers in Lincoln. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Giant Bikes, Lincoln. My vintage 1981 Peugeot Super Sport had the bronze service. I was very impressed with the staff who were knowledgeable and friendly and in particular with Dave who serviced my bike. I highly recommend this Company.

Absolutely Fantastic Fix from F & J Today 6/6/2024 The Manager fitted me a Brand New Crank and Pedal to get me on my way in pretty much no time. Done within the Afternoon. No Quibbles, No Messing, Got a Text Message when done. I will definitely be coming back for any further work and can totally Recommend. F&J. Always the best in Town IMHO. Thanks 10/10.

Brought my racer in for a makeover. Had several items looked at and repaired. Never felt so happy about a decision to go somewhere new. I recommend this place over anywhere else. Thanks for the friendly service, John. I'll definitely be back in the near future.

GREENAN CYCLES REVIEWS

After having my bike assessed at Halfords, they couldn’t get me in for the repair work for 3-4 weeks. They (Halfords), recommended Lincoln cycle centre as an alternative to getting my bike fixed at short notice. Lincoln cycle centre took my bike in, and as requested, did all the work to get my bike ready for commuting again. The fact they was able to get my bike in and then fixed on the same day is amazing, truly fantastic customer service. Thankyou so much for fitting my bike in on a Saturday morning. I’ll be sure to come to you again, if I need any other work doing on my bike. Very satisfied customer.

Have struggled to find somewhere that would service my old e-bike, called this shop early on a Saturday and was told they could service the bike and have it ready the same day. Got there and had a nice chat about new e-bikes, found some lights that would be ideal for my needs which also happened to be discounted and left them to check over my bike, wish I had stayed in the brace bridge area as by the time I had walked home I had got a text to say it was ready to collect. Brilliant service, will be going back and will be making them my first port of call when I do want a new e-bike.

Very happy with the quality of bikes on offer here, as well as the excellent customer service. Helpful friendly staff and sensible pricing.
