This man is simply amazing. My Husband is elderly and disabled and is only able to enter the house through the electric garage door and it was not working properly. I contacted him by phone and he diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it and it worked. Now how many people would have done that without charging us? He is obviously one of the few. I cannot speak highly enough of this company, good old fashioned customer service which you don’t come across these days. Came out to look at my faulty automated garage door and rather than rip me off took the time to show me how to fix the problem simply and then how maintain it myself. We had an issue with our Glideroll door, as it wasn't closing and would stop/start. I'd be stood there for 30-45 mins at a time, until it finally closed.
Tony came out got it working and immediately noticed that it had been installed, (by another company, may I add), incorrectly. It was missing a part that should have been there originally. He returned with the part a couple of days later and sorted it. Noice!
