From the first contact with Ben we got nothing but courtesy and helpfulness. We live a long way away from the area and Ben was always willing to fit in with our travel arrangements, letting us into the house many times. He also arranged access for surveyor and inspection visits. Ben seems to know everyone who can do anything and even after we bought the house we feel we can ask him for help. We feel that this company was interested in selling us a home rather than just a house. Finally getting the keys was joyous and the staff even welcomed our dog!

Outstanding service from Swift, they helped us find the apartment of our dreams! Definitely the best letting agency in the area in regards to replies and queries. All viewings were fast and we always received a response from them. We have moved into our apartment now and it was a nice touch to have Vanessa from the agency to contact us on the day of the move to wish us the best. Thank you again to Ben and Lydia for always getting back to us with viewings. Both my partner and I are very grateful for the time you have all taken to get us exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have rented from Dragon Lettings for close to 2 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Victoria and team are empathetic, friendly, I have been a tenant with Dragon Residential Lettings for a number of years. I have been very pleased with the service provided by Victoria, Andy and a team. They always have responded quickly, and professionally to any problems I have had during the tenancy and resolved them promptly. I would highly recommend Dragon Residential Lettings to anyone who wants to let their property for a great service and peace of mind knowing your property will be looked after.

I was a tenant with Dragon Residential lettings for almost three years and found them to be absolutely fantastic. The staff are welcoming, helpful and professional at all times, even out of hours. For a first time renter I was relieved to see how seriously Dragon Residential lettings took matters of safety with the regular safety checks that were carried out. The property was lovely and the neighbours friendly and quiet. I would definitely recommend Dragon Residential lettings to anyone looking to rent a property.

Dragon Lettings has been the best letting agent I could've hoped to have. It was my first experience of renting a property and they made the whole process very easy from the start to the end of my tenancy. If I had any issues they were quick to resolve it. As a landlord I let all my properties through keys. I’m extremely happy with their vetting process, financial checks and references they obtain before allowing anyone to rent one of my properties. As a small family run business I’ve always found them to be more than helpful and to go the extra mile when required. With regards to comments in a previous review regarding deposits. As far as I’m aware any disputes are referred to an independent adjudicator for a final decision.

I have nothing bad to say about this letting agency . They have been nothing but helpful to myself over the years whilst dealing with my land lord selling the current property that I lived in. Keys actually contacted myself as they knew I was loosing my home.

Kelli and Mandy helped me find a tenant for my property. The service received was fantastic - they did all the work i.e. viewings, references, credit checks, eventually finding me a model tenant. Thanks for all your hard work girls. I would recommend this company 100%.
