James gave a very comprehensive and easy to follow report, he went into a lot of detail and provided photos and explanation of his findings. James also offered a telephone call to discuss any queries we had following receiving the report. Really felt James went above and beyond with our report and provided a fantastic service.

James was incredibly helpful from start to finish and his report was extremely thorough, highlighting all sorts of things I'd missed that needed attention. This led to a successful renegotiation of the original price. I can't recommend him highly enough.

James got our home buyers survey booked in and completed quickly, has good communication and was available to talk through the report once it was recieved. The report was detailed, in depth and best of all easy to understand. We are extremely happy with the service we recieved and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
