Very good value for money and no contract etc., and as I'm retired I can go during off peak periods, which is not as busy, so easy to get on machines benches etc., and the PT I use is very knowledgeable and able to guide me on my journey to lose a bit weight and get fitter.

It is great value. Very clean, well air coditioned, well spaced out, plenty of good equipment and friendly atmosphere.

Great gym with lots of classes and excellent instructors.. Making exercise fun.

I joined the gym the day it opened & I love it. Really good value for money. Always clean, plenty of equipment & never have to wait long on a morning for machines. My only gripe is it would be great if they had a couple of assault bikes & ski machines. Maybe trade in some of the machines that never get used? Leighton, Paul & Callum’s classes are all excellent. Really hard working PT’s who go above & beyond to ensure that you have correct form, get a great workout that is good fun as well as safe. I have made some great friends, it’s a very welcoming space, staff are friendly & approachable but it does concern me when they bring in new staff & don’t seem to ensure that the existing staff, especially those who get good numbers in their classes are happy as they are such an integral part of the gym. I would however 100% recommend it, it’s a great gym.

Excellent gym!! I spoke to sarah at trugym and she was really helpful she showed me around the gym and all the equipment and facilities they have to offer and told me about the weekly classes I am moving to the Northeast soon and will definitely be joining trugym! Thanks.

Fantastic place staff very good all have a lovely smile and very experienced looking forward to my next visit.

GYMETC GATESHEAD REVIEWS

Been going to Gymetc for the last 7 months now, and have felt at ease coming and going every week. Staff gave me a brief induction around the building after I asked, which was a big help. There are a variety of machines for different workouts, a large room with yoga mats, mirrors, and weights, a blackout room with cardio machines, a room dedicated to free weights, a swimming pool, a sauna, and room for spin classes. Main majority of other gym goers are mindful and respectful of one another, and wipe down machines after use. The gym is mixed, and there's always a few people to say hi to after going a few times which helps you feel welcome. Price is great, membership was easy to sign up to, the app for gaining access is very reliable, and the facilities are very modern. Always recommend this gym to others in the area as it is also readily accessible with lots of parking.

Good place very relaxed but need more hairdryer almost all broken . And need more clean mans changing room !!.

Great spa and gym. It has steam room sauna. Fire and ice room. Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
