Great gym, really good classes with great staff, especially Frank who readily tailors classes to your needs, abilities and age, and has a lot of ideas to help your fitness journey. Indeed, all the trainers are very friendly, ready to help, and they all run very good classes, whichever class you pick. This gym has helped me a lot. It’s a gym for all ages and fitness levels and people do not judge you, whether you are fat, thin, old, young or in recovery from something. I began by just doing a few machines, but now I go to classes and it’s more fun. The trainers teach you a lot. There’s a good range of equipment which is laid out in a fairly large area - not crammed in - there is plenty of room. I’ve found it is always clean and easy to park, but it’s maybe busier in the evenings. I haven’t tried a PT yet. Whenever I am there, the toilets are 10/10. A very friendly gym! Other gym goers are friendly too, and helpful, like a little community.

Nice little gym and next to my work. It has a lot of parking space and variety of equipment. The staff is very helpful and Yannis is more than happy to give you advice.

This gym has been good from the day I began great facility nice staffs and people good environment safe and clean.

Great gym for the price of the membership. Good size with all the equipment you could want (including squat racks). Also has a women only area which is great. Good range of classes.

My whole RIZVI family is using this Gym and we all are happy. The most important feature is their friendly staff.

Love the women’s section!! More puregyms should have this facility classes are ok.

Easily one of the best CrossFit gyms in the UK. The coaching staff are exceptional and tailor the CrossFit journey to any individuals needs based on ability and goals. The gym is massive, spanning three different railway arches for specific class types. The constantly changing programming keeps it interesting and challenging for any ability level. Can’t recommend CrossFit Glasgow highly enough.

Great gym, i was there for a weekend course hosted by CF Glasgow and loved my time there, they have all the kit and space you could ever want and everyone was very supportive and helpful....they even posted some trackie bottoms that i foolishly left there and they refused to let me pay for the postage!! 10/10 recommend.

I've been training here for 10 years. CFG was good when I started, and it's even more amazing now. It is a friendly and supportive environment to train in, and it's a highlight of my day. CFG is more than just a gym; it's a family.
