This review is to act as an update of my experiences at this phenomenal establishment. Due to poor health I find myself taking several months off from training, but each time I return, the standard here continues to improve. Absolutely immaculate in the weights area, and we seem to be educating members of their responsibility to put their weights away. The staff there are the best they’ve employed in the 8 years I’ve been there. Their positive attitude and professional conduct is something to be acknowledged. I hope the powers that be read this review and do what they can to keep them there as long as possible. Congratulations to Davina leaving to start university in the coming weeks, we wish you all the best for the future. You’re absolutely amazing!.

After being away from the gym for three years, I wasn’t sure of what to expect again. So for me, beyond going to the gym, I needed a place that was environment friendly, clean, with much gym equipments and inclusive. The gym group(Luton) passed all my checks. Staff are extremely friendly and always eager to be of help. I would highly recommend.

This gym has improved my health. sometimes it can be busy and a bit smelly as it's full of men. I go in the day time. The staff are welcoming and helpful, ladies and are lovely. Would be nice to see male staff . also would be nice to for the gym to get a face-lift. The equipment is quite old, like me.

Amazing gym with amazing trainers(Especially nick!)Any class he holds you won’t be disappointed. Never find it difficult to find equipment no matter what time of the day I go. There’s even a woman’s only section. highly recommend this gym to the locals.

Great place neat and neat clean and adequate equipments for workout.

Love the option to attend classes as and when on a daily basis.

Seems to me from reading the reviews that there are a lot of keyboard warriors here. In my experience i've found the staff to always be friendly and helpful. If people regularly leave weights out and disrespect the place then the staff speak to them but who wants to be clearing up after lazy moronic people who dont care about others. The gym could defo do with more up to date equipment and changing facilities but if you want to train in a safe and friendly place this is the gym for you. I guarantee all the negative reviews about the staff are people who you wouldnt want to be in a club with anyway or be on your team in a spelling competition.

I am impressed with my experience at Active Fitness Luton. A spacious, well organised Gym and equipments are spread nicely across 2 floors. Liked the clean and fresh towels and disinfectant sprays. Opting for 10 Personal Trainer sessions with John has proven to be one of my most rewarding decisions. John exemplifies professionalism, dedication, and athleticism, contributing significantly to my fitness journey. His expertise in fitness and willingness to share knowledge are unparalleled. Witnessing tangible results, I've lost 3% body fat and gained 1KG of muscle mass in just three weeks. I am genuinely grateful for John's guidance and the exceptional environment at Active Fitness Luton.
