It's all about the routine for me. I have found something that works in terms of flexible times, different all body workouts each day and changing workouts each month. I was finding it really hard to stay motivated with exercise, I had not been to the gym for a few months and had no motivation to want to attend. Since joining RISE, my motivation has returned, the sessions are great and varied. I like how the Group Personal Training sessions change every month, and I like how we track certain exercises in sessions and to see the progress every week. The coaches are great and always trying to get the best out of you, joining rise has been the best decision I have made for my fitness journey.

And if you ever need advice, the team is just a message or call away — with zero pressure. I’ve recently started focusing more on healthy eating to boost my results and have been making the most of the monthly check-ins to track progress and plan next steps. There’s still a way go on my journey, but for the first time in three years, I’m genuinely feeling more confident — not just physically, but mentally too. The mental health boost from regular workouts and the positive community vibe is honestly priceless. If you’re looking for a gym that offers more than just workouts, Rise is the place to be.
