Good gym with loads of equipment. As it's good and quite cheap, there are plenty of people using it. In result even going there at 9 pm, I'm struggling to get a free bench to do my workout. There is a free car park for 2 hours, which is great, but the trouble is that after 9 PM, easy access through Kingsway Shopping Centre is closed. You can only get thre via outside carpark gates with a weirdly complicated staircase, which means that you'll get wet when it is raining. Otherwise, I can highly recommend that gym.

A great place but can get a little crowded at times owing to its popularity. However the app is useful as you can see exactly how many people are using it at any time. Easy access. The equipment is great and plentiful and the staff are very helpful. Definitely recommend it.

Nice gym with ample space and equipment. Free classes are also great.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff, good music I love it best gym I've attended in Newport. Also has a female only gym, studio and spin room.

Literally the best gym around! Friendly staff, members, lots of equipment, awesome classes and a huge studio! Les Mills Body Pump and Combat!.

Plenty of equipment. No need to wait for bench to do your workout. Friendly staff. Nice music and vibe.

When ever I visit family in Wales I make the trip to 1GYM which is amazing. I would move to Wales just to train here everyday has to be on your gym visit list if you like to travel.

Good gym with loads of machines. Good for many types of training, no specialist powerlifting or Olympic weightlifting stuff to speak of. Great classes with Marcus.

Excellent gym great selection of equipment and friendly staff.
