This gym is great value for money. There is a real friendly (none macho) vibe. The staff are motivated and helpful. The place is very clean and there is plenty of equipment available most of the time. Parking has only been difficult once for me. Even now in New Years Resolution season it’s ok if you avoid the very busy early evening sessions. I’ve heard it settles down as enthusiasm wanes. I joined December 23. For the classes and the Sauna (to aid recovery of an injury to my 63 year old body) I’ve been to several classes including. JD Burn, Body Pump, Body Combat, Pilates, Yoga so only Spin Box Fit & Zumba to do. Recommended.

This gym offers amazing classes I’ve done the JD Burn and it’s brilliant really worth going to, the staff are very friendly always happy to help with anything, excellent equipment and a clean environment highly recommend.

Excellent gym went at a busy time but managed to get on the machines I needed to, staff were really friendly!!.

Plenty of equipment, helpful staff. Lots of classes throughout the week. Great for the price.

Belta total fitness, main training site is aintree but often use this when I'm down preston ways, it's an absolute belta. Massive running track around the circumference of the gym, with loads of space in the middle for all the gym equipment, barbells and equipment. There's loads of equipment too, both machine and plate loaded. Big dumbbell rack with good range of weight too. Also functional / CrossFit style area too with rig, bumpers and other stuff. Nicely set out too.

Great pool, always clean changing rooms. I like the way the pool is laid out, even when busy you can still have a great swim.

The best gym in Preston, lots of space, great employees, lots of equipment, huge spa, clean and good atmosphere.
