I only go to the One to One Gym on Tuesdays to attend to a sassy and empowering dance fitness class given by kirsty!!! She is amazing!!! Always full of good energy!!! I always leave the class with zero stress and really happy with myself !!

I started training here when I was 19. I have tried lots of other gyms since then but I keep coming back to 121 I'm now 37, and enjoying the gym again. The classes are definitely worth trying and the facilities are brilliant.

Great equipment, super friendly staff, good classes. Overall a lovely training environment.

I've just started at this gym been here about 2 months this place is incredible hence a review really good equipment with stuff I've never seen before best gym I've ever attended can't wait to see the results which are already starting to show.

Best gym around. Staff are awesome, tonnes of equipment and if you're a powerlifter it's heaven. Range of different bars, comp plates, racks and platforms to choose from.

Amazing range of equipment great opening hours , dedicated friendly staff best gym in the area and free parking.

Brilliant equipment and friendly staff. Generally has a fantastic atmosphere and makes going there fun. I was very much a "You wont catch me in a gym" before I went here and now I'm hooked. Also: you will be hard pressed to find a gym with prices as reasonable as here.

First time visiting, exceptional welcome, very friendly and chatty. Plenty of equipment and the whole gym has a feel that the owners actually want you to have a good workout, not just there for money. Honestly cannot fault it, very welcoming and an amazing atmosphere.

Great gym owned by very good people! No frills, loads of quality equipment and 24 hours.
