3 Best Nursery in Rhondda Cynon Taff, UK

My husband and I visited lots of different, local nurseries for my son when he started back in October 2022 at 9 months old. Home from Home was by far the best. I liked the amount of play/activity space for each age group and the fact that each age group was clearly separated into different rooms. My son loves the staff who cares for him and he never fails to come home without a smile on his face. I like that the nursery uses an app so I can see uploaded photographs of my son and read regular updates relating to food, drink and nappy changes, etc. Despite only being almost 24 months old, he learns new things every time he attends nursery and it's fabulous training for when he will go to school. The carers and management are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble.

Home From Home Day Nursery have cared for both of my children and I can’t speak highly enough. They are so nurturing and caring which reflects so clearly on my children’s eagerness to attend nursery. They provide detailed updates throughout the day and are always so helpful if ever I phone to speak to one of the girls. They provide a variety of nutritious food, a range of activities to help children learn and boost their confidence. I wouldn’t trust any other nursery with my babies! Thank you Home From Home.

I was nervous at the thought of sending my little lockdown first baby to a nursery back in 2020 but as soon as I visited home from home I knew I had found the right place. My child has Autism Spectrum Disorders and the entire staff especially the manager and one staff member have been nothing short of outstanding with the support and care given. Nothing has ever been too much. So when I had my second child last year I was not hesitant at all to ask for a place for him at the nursery also. Both children can’t wait to be handed over to the always happy and friendly staff when it’s their nursery days. Can’t praise them enough.

My child has attended for the past two years and enjoys their time here. The nursery is both professional and caring. Staff have clearly taken time to get to know my child so they can best encourage their learning and development. The food provided is incredible, lots of healthy choices, and it must be delicious as my child always enjoys the variety of meals. It's really comforting knowing my child feels safe and secure here.

The girls are starting to be able to answer simple questions. They understand what nursery is, they also say they like it. Their happiness is my happiness as they say. They always look like they've enjoyed their days. As a parent, I enjoy the feedback on the app, photos etc, and the parent-teacher day to discuss their progress. The only concern is their understanding of baby gates and doors and they're trying the main door into the public area, and that it's the last door.

Lovely nursery and staff. My son moved to this nursery recently and has settled so well and quickly. The staff are always so nice and really professional, I feel reassured that I have left my son in capable hands. Excellent communication via the app. Overall a really friendly and professional nursery. Big garden space for the children with plenty of toys, bikes etc. and staff are so interactive with the children. Home-cooked meals and a great variety of foods are provided.
