This gym is genuinely the most friendly and clean gym I've been to. The Fitpump class is really good, Derek is a great instructor. The gym and the class is all abilities and I would happily come at any time of day because I never feel judgement even being a plus size lady.

Great gym, good equipment, good selection of classes if that's your thing and so far has always been spotless. Accompanying app is also great to plan workouts, staff have always been friendly and approachable.

I signed up for the 30-day pass to trial the gym, and it has been a very positive experience so far. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere, a wide selection of equipment, and friendly staff. The facilities are well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for workouts. The building is thoughtfully divided into different zones, and they also offer studio access for those who prefer to work out away from the main areas. This setup allows for a more personalised and flexible workout experience. One of the standout features for me has been the sauna and ice bath. Incorporating both into my daily routine to manage chronic pain and fatigue has already led to noticeable improvements in my symptoms. For those curious about the ice bath, the temperature has consistently been around 12-13°C, which is cold enough to feel the benefits, especially for beginners. I had the opportunity to meet the owner today, who mentioned plans to potentially invest in a commercial-grade ice bath that would offer even lower temperatures, a fantastic potential addition. I’ll be signing up for the unlimited plan at the end of my 30-day pass to take full advantage of the classes they offer. I'm particularly excited to start with calisthenics and will also explore the possibility of working with one of their personal trainers. Elements Gym really is great value for money, and I’m switching over from my membership at The Gym Group. It offers so much more and is a better experience all round. I’ll update my review when I start some of the classes next month.

Absolutely best gym around. From staff to members to facility. Specious, clean with plenty of choice. Addition of Saunas and ice baths is just a massive bonus. Great personal trainers and fitness instructors. Quality choice of classes!.
