Each and every member of staff I have communicated with is very knowledgeable and able to advise on a range of topics which makes me feel very supported, especially as a woman of 50.

On top of the quality staff and facilities, the other members at the gym are friendly and always up for helping each other out. I personally have never left the gym without a smile on my face.

Very welcoming place, very inclusive, everyone is welcome. I like there are very experienced staff who can give you advice, but you can if you want just do your own thing.

I love this gym. The staff are very friendly(but not in your face), there's so much space, air con and a huge range of equipment. The space is always clean and everyone that goes is respectful. The music is always amazing. They are very forward thinking with planning community type events so there is the social element if people want that. And work on improving anything based on feedback. Highly recommend.

More than just a gym, it's not only a great place to get fit, but there's a great social vibe about the place. The staff are brilliant and the members are friendly. I would recommend Energie Fitness to all.
